Return & Exchange Policy
You have 03 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:
∙The product is damaged, leaked, defective, wrong, or incomplete.
∙The product received does not match the item you ordered.
∙You received an unsealed or opened box upon delivery — please inform us
immediately to validate your claim.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
∙The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels, seals, and
protective covers intact.
∙You must provide clear proof of issue (photos/videos) within the 03-day window.
Once verified, we will either arrange a pick-up from your address or direct you to the nearest
outlet(if any), depending on your location and the situation.
Please Note:
∙Fragrances are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used due to
hygiene and quality control standards.
∙Exchanges are only accepted for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items — not for
personal preferences such as scent or bottle design.
∙Items bought during sales or promotions are only eligible for exchange if they are
faulty or incorrect.
∙Colour or packaging variations may occur due to screen settings or photography
lighting and are not valid reasons for exchange.

Our customer care team will assess your claim and get back to you promptly with the next steps.
Navool reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the product does not meet our policy conditions. We appreciate your understanding and aim to resolve your concerns with care and efficiency.
